​​1. Promotion Description: The promotion (“Promotion”) involves DASH offering the following discount (“Discount”) to the Promotion Cardholders during the Promotion Period starting from 13 January 2025 until 12 April 2025.

Promotion Cardholders will enjoy a Discount of HKD 5 on the total taxi fare (including any fees, charges, and tips) of a taxi ride if it is paid with Visa through the DASH platform.

The Discount is applied automatically to an eligible transaction, which is no less than the lowest taxi fare mandated by the Transport Department of the Hong Kong Government, and is reflected in the total payable taxi fare.

 

2. Eligibility: To qualify for the Discount, Promotion Cardholders must pay with a valid Visa card accepted by the DASH platform, including physical Visa cards and Visa cards added to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Huawei Pay, and Samsung Pay.

If Promotion Cardholders engage in abusive, deceitful, or fraudulent behaviour in relation to using the Discount, DASH reserves the right to reclaim the Discount and disqualify the Promotion Cardholders from participating in existing and future promotions of DASH.

 

3. Modification and Termination: DASH reserves the right to modify these Promotion Terms and Conditions and terminate the Discount at any time without prior notice.

 

4. Limitations: The Discount is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions (unless otherwise specified). The Discount cannot be redeemed for cash and is subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.

 

5. Refunds and Adjustments: In case of any fare refunds or adjustments, they will be processed based on the discounted amount paid rather than the original amount before the Discount was applied.

6. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the decision of DASH shall be final and conclusive.

 

7. Governing Law: These Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

 

8. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail. 

 

By using the Discount, you agree to these Promotion Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
