REGISTER TO BE A D-ASH FOR DRIVER USER

FIND OUR AGENTS

D-ASH for Driver is only offered to select fleets at the moment. Drivers who are part of the participating fleets should reach out to D-ASH Agents to register for their account. WhatsApp +852-6486-3366 to learn more.

PREPARE HKID / TAXI LICENSE / BANK ACCT

To register for an account, Drivers will requested to provide their basic personal details, profile photo, phone number associated to their Android smartphone (Apple iPhone is not currently supported), HKID copy, Taxi Driver License copy and bank account information (for settlement) to the D-ASH agents.

ACCEPT TERMS TO ACTIVATE

Once the account has been created, the Driver will receive a WhatsApp message from D-ASH. Drivers are required to click into the link to accept the terms of service for D-ASH for Driver to fully activate their registered account.

ACTIVATE DRIVER ACCOUNT

DOWNLOAD D-ASH FOR DRIVER APP

Drivers with a registered account can download and install the D-ASH for Driver App from Google Play Store.

ACTIVATE WITH REGISTERED NUMBER

Registered drivers can input their registered number into the App to receive a One-Time-Password (OTP) to log into their account.

SCAN METER QR CODE TO BEGIN!

With the OTP, the registered driver can log into their account and find three pages to the application (only available in Chinese now), from left to right:

1. Dashboard

2. Transaction Summary

3. Current Shift Info

By clicking into "Current shift info", driver can activate their camera to scan the QR code shown on the D-ASH enabled meter on the participating taxi vehicles.

OPERATE SHIFT

SET SHIFT END TIME TO BEGIN SHIFT

Driver can find the meter QR by clicking into the Meter's top bar. After scanning the meter QR, the Driver will be prompted to set shift end time so that the system will automatically log the Driver out from the vehicle at the end of shift.

NOTICE D-ASH ACTIVATED TRANSACTIONS

Once that is done, Driver is all set to accept D-ASH transactions to receive digital payment from D-ASH for Driver platform.

Any trip that turns the meter into "GREEN" colour is a D-ASH activated transaction. At the end of such trips, drivers will not have to collect cash from the rider. D-ASH will settle the payment in next day to driver's bank account.

SEE TRANSACTIONS RECORDED TO SHIFT PAGE

Drivers can immediately see such transaction information updated to the shift page almost instantly.

At the end of shift, either the D-ASH for Driver system will automatically log off the driver from the vehicle, or the driver can manually log-off when needed.

MANAGE ACCOUNT

CHECK DETAILS ON TRANSACTION PAGE

Driver can review the transaction information on the transaction page anytime. All blue highlighted transactions are ones that has not been settled by D-ASH for Driver platform to the driver's bank account.

AWAIT T+1 SETTLEMENT TO BANK ACCOUNT

D-ASH for Driver offers T+1 settlement to drivers, thus typically all transactions will be cleared in the next day.

Successful settlement will automatically generate a notification to each driver, thereby notifying the driver on the status regularly.

REVIEW BUSINESS ON DASHBOARD PAGE

Drivers who wish to review their business performance can do so on the dashboard page to look at the income generated on a day-by-day or week-by-week view. No more loose receipts or manual book-keeping needed.
