Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

2. Promotion Description

This promotion is applicable to users of the DASH mobile app for consumers (“DASH App”). During the Promotion Period, if a meter taxi is ordered via the DASH App and the pick-up or drop-off location is within the designated Hong Kong International Airport area , Lok Ma Chau , Huanggang, Heung Yuen Wai , or Shenzhen Bay Control Points, the total amount will be discounted by HKD 50. Minimum Fare Requirement: This offer does not apply to any trip where the total fare is HK$150 or below.

Usage limits are as follows:

• Each user may enjoy the discount for trips to or from Hong Kong International Airport for a maximum of 2 times during the Promotion Period

• Each user may enjoy the discount for trips to or from designated border crossings (including Lok Ma Chau, Huanggang, Heung Yuen Wai, and Shenzhen Bay Control Points) for a maximum of 4 times during the Promotion Period

• Once the usage limit is reached, users will no longer be eligible for the respective promotion

If a user is found to have engaged in abusive, deceitful, or fraudulent behaviour in relation to this campaign, DASH reserves the right to reclaim any awarded discounts and disqualify the user from participating in existing and future promotions of DASH. DASH reserves the right to extend other offers to users at its sole discretion.

3. Force Majeure Events

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions issued by the Hong Kong Observatory (such as Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or Yellow Rainstorm Warning or above), or other circumstances beyond DASH's reasonable control, DASH reserves the right to suspend or modify this campaign without prior notice.

4. Modification and Termination

DASH reserves the right to modify these Promotion Terms and Conditions and terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitations

The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise specified. The offer is subject to availability and the usage limits stated in these Terms and Conditions.

All eligible discounts will be automatically applied by the DASH App. Each user is subject to the maximum usage limits specified in this promotion. Each coupon is also subject to its own validity period and applicable terms. Users may not manually select, defer, or decline the application of eligible discounts.

6. Refunds and Adjustments

In the event of any fare refunds or adjustments, they will be calculated based on the discounted amount paid after the application of offers, rather than the original amount prior to any discounts.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the decision of DASH shall be final and conclusive.

8. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

9. Language

In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
