📌 Promotion Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion Period
23 October 2026 to 31 December 2026. All coupons expire at 23:59 on 31 December 2026.
2. Promotion Description
This promotion applies to users of the DASH mobile application (the "DASH App"). During the promotion period, rides booked on the DASH App between 20:00–22:00 or 05:00–07:00 daily (based on the time the order is placed, not the pickup time), with a pickup or drop-off at a listed hospital, charged as a standard 4-seat taxi, and with an estimated meter fare of HK$150 or more shown at booking, get 15% off the meter fare.
The discount is 15% of the estimated meter fare, calculated at booking. Tunnel tolls, the DASH booking fee and the platform fee are not discounted.
Only rides charged as 4-seat are eligible. If you also select another vehicle class (e.g. Comfort) and that class takes the ride, no discount applies; if a coupon is deducted for that ride, it will be returned automatically within about 1 hour.
Usage limits:
Each entry of promo code HA-GO gives 10 coupons. Each user may enter the code up to 5 times during the promotion period, i.e. up to 50 coupons.
One coupon per ride. Coupons on cancelled orders are returned.
If a user is found to have engaged in abusive, deceitful, or fraudulent behaviour in relation to this campaign, DASH reserves the right to reclaim any awarded discounts and disqualify the user from participating in existing and future promotions of DASH. DASH reserves the right to extend other offers to users at its sole discretion.
3. Force Majeure Events
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions issued by the Hong Kong Observatory (such as Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or Yellow Rainstorm Warning or above), or other circumstances beyond DASH's reasonable control, DASH reserves the right to suspend or modify this campaign without prior notice.
4. Modification and Termination
DASH reserves the right to modify these Promotion Terms and Conditions and terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
5. Limitations
The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise specified. It does not apply to street hails or rides arranged through hotels or other partners. The offer is subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis, and to the usage limits stated in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Refunds and Adjustments
In the event of any fare refunds or adjustments, they will be calculated based on the discounted amount paid after the application of offers, rather than the original amount prior to any discounts.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the decision of DASH shall be final and conclusive.
8. Governing Law
These Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
9. Language
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
