The welcome promotion of $50 discount on final fare of DASH ride, split into 1x HK$30 discount and 2x HK$10 discounts, (the “Welcome Offer”) is only valid from now until December 31st 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Offer is subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis.

The referral promotion of $25 discount each to referrer and referee on final fare of DASH ride, is redeemed upon referee’s successful input of referrer’s referral code during DASH account registration (the “Referral Offer”), and is only valid from now until December 31st 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Your referral code can be found in “Settings” under “Referrals”. There are no limits on the number of referrals a user can make. Offer is subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis. 

The discounts are only applicable for payment made via the DASH app for ride-hailing and street-hailing rides. Any shortfall of the trip fare shall be paid by the user, and any remaining balance of the Offer will be immediately forfeited after payment. 

DASH does not represent or purport to act on behalf of drivers, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of drivers who decide to accept a trip through the app. 

The relevant promo code for the Welcome Offer and Referral Offer will be automatically applied to your account and it may take some time for it to be shown in your account, under "Rewards" in your Profile. 

Only one offer can be used for each DASH ride. If you have more than one offer available for use in the App, the valid offer with the highest value will be applied first.

The Welcome Offer and Referral Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

The Offer is valid only if the DASH rides are taken within Hong Kong and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period. 

A user can only have one DASH account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our User Terms & Conditions, DASH may suspend the user’s account and/or user’s eligibility to use any offer.

DASH has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification to the user.  

If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
