What is Friends & Family Program?

​

The Friends & Family Program is a limited-time taxi-hailing discount initiative designed for DASH Team Members and their pre-approved family and friends. Participants that meet the eligibility requirement can enjoy exclusive savings on rides by using dedicated hailing coupons provided through the Friends &Family program.

What is the eligibility requirement?

​

Eligible participants include active DASH team members or their pre-approved family members and friends.

For each DASH team members, there is a limit referring quota of maximum 20 referring participants.

How does the discount system work?

​

The Friends & Family Program utilizes a coupon-based reward mechanism.

It operates on a tiered discount system, where participants earn progressively higher benefits based on their usage frequency. For each successfully completed trip, one discount coupon is accrued, with the value escalating sequentially: an initial $5 reduction for the first ride, increasing to $10 for the second, and continuing this incremental progression up to a maximum discount threshold of $25. A maximum of 5 coupons will be issued per week.

Coupon distribution occurs weekly, with all eligible discounts being issued each Monday based on ride activity from the preceding week (Monday through Sunday). All coupons from this program expire 7 days after issuance, and expired coupons will be automatically removed from accounts.

How to enroll in the Friends & Family Program?

 

To enroll in the Friends & Family Program, all participant should submit their full name and valid contact information to their referring DASH team member before 24 May 2025 for application purposes.

Once approved, both the referring employee and the participant will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message with program details before 26 May 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

When does the Friends & Family Program take place?

​

The Friends & Family Program will run as a 2-month limited-time engagement from 26 May 2025 to 27 July 2025.

Can I combine Friends & Family Program coupons with other discounts for a single ride?

​

No, only one discount can be applied per ride. Discounts are automatically applied by highest value first; for equal amounts, the soonest-expiring coupon is prioritized.​​​​​

DASH F&F Program Terms and Conditions (”F&F Program Terms and Conditions”)​​

​

​

1.Promotion Description: The Friends & Family Program (“F&F Program”) involves DASH offering the following coupons (“Coupons”) to the eligible participants during the Program Period starting from 26 May 2025 until 27 July 2025. Participants will receive a corresponding number of Coupons based on the number of rides taken in the previous week. The value of the Coupon for the first ride will start at $5 and will increase by $5 for each additional ride, with $25 as a maximum value. A maximum of 5 Coupons will be issued per week.

The Coupons is applied automatically to an eligible transaction, which is no less than the lowest taxi fare mandated by the Transport Department of the Hong Kong Government, and is reflected in the total payable taxi fare.

2.Eligibility: To qualify for the Program, participant must complete the application process though their referring employee before 24 May 2025 and receive a confirmation message through WhatsApp before 26 May 2025.

If participants engage in abusive, deceitful, or fraudulent behavior in relation to using the Discount, DASH reserves the right to remove the assigned Coupons and immediately remove the approved participant from the Program.

3.Modification and Termination: DASH reserves the right to modify these F&F Program Terms and Conditions and terminate the Coupons at any time without prior notice.

4.Limitations: The Coupons is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, discounts and promotions (unless otherwise specified). The Coupon cannot be redeemed for cash and is subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.

5.Refunds and Adjustments: In case of any fare refunds or adjustments, they will be processed based on the discounted amount paid rather than the original amount before the Coupon was applied.

​

6. Dispute Resolution:   In the event of a dispute, the decision of DASH shall be final and conclusive.

​

7. Governing Law: These Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

By using the Coupon, you agree to these F&F Program Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
