DASH "Taxi + Airport Express" Offer Terms and Conditions

This offer includes a point-to-point taxi ride to an Airport Express station and one or more digital Airport Express tickets. The included ticket(s) are issued by MTR Corporation Limited ("MTR"). DASH, a brand under Vis Mobility Limited, is an authorised booking agent for these tickets.

  • Each ticket entitles one passenger to a single Airport Express journey from the selected Airport Express station (Hong Kong Station, Kowloon Station, or Tsing Yi Station) to Airport Station.

  • Child ticket(s) are only applicable to children aged 3 to 11. Passengers may be required to present a valid passport or other proof of age upon request by MTR staff.​

  • Ticket(s) will be issued and added to your DASH wallet after the driver confirms that you have boarded the taxi. Passengers may cancel the booking at any time before boarding the taxi, and no charge will be made for any unissued ticket(s).

  • The ticket(s) are valid for 12 hours from the time of issue and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once issued.

  • Passengers using the free in-town check-in service should use the same ticket QR code for check-in.

  • Estimated journey time is for reference only. It is based solely on the estimated taxi ride time and scheduled Airport Express train travel time, and does not include waiting, access time within the station, check-in, boarding, or other intermediate time.

  • DASH is not responsible for the operating status or service hours of the Airport Express. Please check the MTR website for the latest information.

  • If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Offer Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
